  My Stay At Novena La Maison

  The location is perfect as Novena MRT is nearby. Living here is good for people who wants no amenities. There is just a tiny pool which doesn't even have a proper shower nor toilet. The unit I'm staying in comes furnished which is great. Rental on the high side for a place with no facilities. I stayed here for just over 1 year and as there are too many unsolvable issues related to water and management. Mould and water marks kept appearing on the ceilings and walls. I even have a dehumidifier purchased but it's useless. Management and contractors came and said because of the external wall cracks and some of the concealed pipes issue, units in this condo generally have water seepage issues, mould and even termites. These issues are apparent after I got to know the other older neighbours.
