Hidden Gem
A hidden gem conveniently located on the best part of Meyer road. The city is a short 10 minute commute away. Easy access to the East Coast park through a choice of 2 park connectors where you can walk, jog or ride all the way to the Airport in beautifully manicured park grounds next to the sea. Walking distance to Cafe Melba in the Goodman Centre and the F&B outlets in the revamped Big Splash and Parkway Green in the East Coast Park. The condo is small but cosy but was renovated a few years ago and has a BBQ, pool and gym. Those wanting more facilities can join the Singapore Swimming Club or the Chinese Swimming Club.

Small and quiet.
Quiet and leafy. Many units have small living area. Duplexes on top have nice light attic bedrooms. Most units have pool view which is useful if you have children. Pool area feels quite cosy but there is no function room, not much room for the kids to play, no basketball area and the "gym" - one piece of equipment has no aircon. Great location but lots of steps.
