Good for dog owners: La Vida @ 130
La Vida @ 130 is suitable for me. Quiet and some nice walking paths nearby, can walk my dog in peace with less distractions anytime of the day. -

Quiet place but abit ulu
Stayed here for a while, and it's a peaceful condo. Really enjoy that it’s not too crowded. Units are spacious, and the layout is quite good, which gives a nice open feel. But it’s not the most convenient spot. Not so near MRT, so best to take Grab with my kids or walk 7min to nearest bus stop. Big supermarkets also abit far, feel quite a hassle sometimes if weather bad or too tired. Good place if want quiet, there are schools and supermarkets in the area, but if you need immediate access to transport or groceries, maybe not the best choice. -

La Vida is a Hidden Gem in Telok Kurau
La Vida @ 130 is quite a gem for those who like privacy. Well-maintained and quality finishes. I find it perfect for a quiet lifestyle, away from the main Katong stretch but still not too far. Neighbourhood is very calm and clean, and the landscaping is nice. Plus point is the heritage vibe of the area and beach nearby, which I like. Penthouse got nice view. Although freehold, price isn’t as high as other condos. Can think of it as buying freehold with leasehold price ($1,389 - $1,690 PSF). -
