  Jewel of the west

  This piece of estate comprised 178 units, 99 years. The only landed parcel that is located minutes from Lakeside MRT as well as the newly transformed Jurong Lake area. Extremely tranquil and peaceful. Price is very reasonable compared to other condominium located within the vicinity. I can't see why pay so much of condo management fee when one can own this land and do up accordingly to your own preference without the need to abide with MCST. The space is luxurious at ~3000sqft and can park 2 cars.

  Only landed property at Lakeside/Jurong Lake

  Peace and Tranquility best described this landed property development - the only landed property located at Lakeside/Jurong Lake Area, which is under URA Master Plan to be transformed it into a unique lakeside destination for business and leisure. And will be Singapore next CDB. Watch this: http://www.ura.gov.sg/MP2008/Jurong/video.htm. Great place to live. Tranquil, Peaceful and lots of Greenery. Walking distance and fully shelter walkway to MRT. Besides Jurong Lake Park, Chinese/Japanese Garden. Near Jurong Point and JCube/IMM. Great investment opportunity with huge upside potential in the next few years.
