  Most condo, if it is low rise, tend to be 4 or 5 storeys tall, or else, it may be about around 8 storeys and above. Landbay Condo has 6 storeys, quite unusual.

  Balinese resort along the beach

  Having been here for about half a year now, I can say that I'm loving every second that this place has to offer as a home! Being a relatively small sized development, you do not face competition for facilities, nor feel disturbed by big crowds. I do need a sense of peace in my abode. Management has also recently given this place a fresh coat of paint, and I’m loving the new colour. The facilities have also been kept in a very good condition and residents play their part in keeping the environment clean and neat. The unit itself is very spacious and I do not have to put up with bay windows, bomb shelters or AC ledges that are now cookie-cuttered into the new developments. This has left a lot of room for me to play around with, when I redesigned my home. I also love how accessible it is to the city with the ECP highway just outside the door and direct buses to city centre and Central Business District. The upcoming ERL will also serve to increase the accessibility, though that will only be ready in 10 years time. East Coast road also has restaurants and pubs, all within a stone’s throw away. And yes, the beach is about 10 mins stroll as well. All in all, Landbay comes highly recommended to anyone who enjoys beach-side living and appreciate a quiet/peaceful place where you can read a book by the poolside while sipping your drink (without the screaming kids)!

  Wonderful place to stay

  I have been renting a unit here for almost 3 years and have loved every minute of it. The location is great as its situated on a quiet street but yet its still close to bus stops, and is walking distance to East Coast Park. The development is very well maintained and with the flowing water, lush gardens and sparkling pool, you really do feel like you are in a tropical Balinese resort. The 3 bed apartments have nice spacious bedrooms and mine in particular was very breezy. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a boutique style development in a quiet location.

  Paradise Home

  I fell in love with Landbay the moment I walked around the development and I made an offer to purchase a unit on that very same day. Thankfully I made the offer fast despite there being many competing offers for the unit that I was keen on. Landbay is a haven filled with serenity and tropical beauty. Walking around the compound feels as if you are on holiday at an elegant Balinese resort. Cascading waterfalls and beautiful greenery surround the condominium enabling residents to relax in truly tranquil settings that celebrate your privacy. The development is also very well maintained and is in excellent condition. There is a BBQ area which overlooks the pool which provides great ambiance and view for parties and gatherings. All in all, Landbay stands out from all the new condominiums which adopt a standard cookie cutter design whether they are big or small developments. I love my new place!

  Luxe Living

  Landbay is a beautiful and elegant condominium nestled amidst lush vibrant greenery and rustic waterfalls and embraces a tropical luxurious balinese landscape It is located in a very quiet and serene residential area of East Coast away from the hustle and bustle of city life but is nonetheless extremely close to main transport networks via bus, train or car. Landbay has all the facilities which any sophisticated condominium has but yet only has a small number of residents unlike other condominiums which are highly built up with with high resident population resulting in overtaxing of the condominium facilities. Landbay truly provides an exquisite and exclusive living experience.
