Cramped, badly designed
My wife and I rented a top floor ‘penthouse’ unit just after it was built. Could hardly ‘swing a cat’ in any of the rooms, but we didn’t fully realise this until we had moved in some furniture. Build quality was not good, window seals often leaked when it rained and doors didn’t close properly. Inconsiderate neighbours used to take their dogs for a swim in the pool, and leave dog-poop all over the carpark. The road outside was often congested with badly parked cars so navigating in and out of the condo could sometimes be challenging. In short, an experience that we wouldn’t want to repeat any time soon. -
