  Friendly security guards

  The security guards are polite and helpful when I asked for directions once. A lot of the times, security guards are the first point of contact for residents and visitors when entering the condo, so the mgmt did well by hiring them

  Attractive pool and observation deck

  When I visited my cousin here once, I imagined soaking in the pool and relaxing by the observation deck.. I should work harder and maybe one day i can afford to live there!
