Le wood - Mini paradise
Beautiful place with nature just right at your doorstep and lots of amenities and eateries just a short distance at the main road. Upcoming new condo project with big and new malls coming which add on new excitement and convenience if you live in this condo. Comparatively, this condo rental is still way more cheaper than the surrounding ones though facilities may not necessary be the best of all. Nevertheless, the nature is just a min walk away. Love this place, love the greens, love the senenity. I feel so at home. -

Literally having the Bukit Timah Nature Reser
Literally having the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve at your doorstep. Can probably have squirrels and monkeys as the occasional visitors. Take a bit of getting used to to walk in from the main road. -

Lovely Gem of a Place
A wonderful find indeed. Right at the doorstep of nature yet readily accessible to plenty eateries, bus services and mrt. Plenty of green and fresh air throughout the year. -

Not up to standard
I rented this place for 2 years. During my stay here, I noticed a couple of things : 1. Humid conditions due to proximity to forest. Furniture gets spoilt easily, esp wooden material such as cabinets. 2. Many monkeys and some monkeys even got into my house. I have to close the window and be alert at all time. 3. Although it is close to the mrt station but it is still a 15min walk without any shelter. 4. There were termites in function room when I was about to move out. Another problem with the humidity. 5. Pool is always cold and with many leaves. For the price I paid to rent this price, I could easily get another unit nearby that has full facilities and closer to the mrt station and food amenities. -

Ideal Nature Lover
Two blocks with around 50 units only, and siting right outside the fence of Bukit Timah Nature Reserve - off set from main road and traffic, this condo is ideal for those who enjoys peace and quiet, greenery and fresh air. There is no gym - but residents here probably don't mind as they got whole nature reserve as their garden, perfect for walking, jogging, breathing fresh air, etc. There is also a mountain bike trail surround the nature reserve. The pool is a bit small, but with small number of units, you will find the pool is to yourself most of the time. Public transportation is less convenient - you need to walk about 500 meters to nearest bus station, but there is plenty of bus going to downtown. About 30 minutes bus to Orchard Road. For those who drives, it is very conveniently connected to PIE, AYE, Bukit Timah road, Clementi road, etc. main traffic flow. A new MRT line is being built, but it probably will take couple more years. -

A lovely human scale condo - not heaps of units. Pool area and function room are small by comparison with other condos but what does it matter when you have Bukit Timah literally around the corner to enjoy. The apartments are spacious and the one I saw very well-appointed. Lots of natural light throughout and private. The only drawback is that it is set in from the main road - this is inconvenient if you don't have a car. Carrying shopping will be a hassle but it is a pleasant enough walk otherwise. -
