  Ordinary Condo

  Went viewing and was surprised how low the ceilings are, feels like HDB ceiling heights. The common corridors are very narrow. Basic facilities. Very overpriced

  Great locaiton for a freehold

  I'm a owner of a 764 sqft 2 bedder. This layout, though slightly odd shape,it's blessed with huge bedrooms. I guess it's because there are no bay windows or balcony, and also due to the compromising of a super tiny kitchen (I dont cook often, so that doesnt matter) Location is superb for a free hold development. Walking to mrt is just a few minutes. Plenty of restaurant and amenties just across the road. Having said that, the unit facing the main road (with city view) might experience road noise during daytime. Rest of the units will be enjoying the garden and GCB views. Carpark is plentiful as most of the stayers here are tenants who are not driving. Not much facilities except for a great pool and jacuzzi.

  Great location for single/couple

  We are in the market for a small two BR unit. No kids. Location is awesome. Holland V says it all. Circle line MRT is not my favorite line but still checks the box. Building itself is really small and inefficient use of space. The 842 sf unit supposed to be squarish but a lot of space cant be use, such as the washing machine was put in the end of a "utility room" 2.5ft wide and 8 ft deep. so all the space that leads to the washing machine is not usable. Ceiling is the lowest i ever seen in singapore. 8 ft at best. And also be prepared for the Holland Road noise. If you can put up with the interior, then this is a great place as you can enjoy the space not available in the CBD without sacrificing any convenience living downtown.

  Excellent condo Leedon 2

  A cozy living condo in quaint high class area of Singapore. Excellent location for all essential amenities all around it such as ACS international school, St James kindergarten, supermarket, banks, restaurants, fine dining, traditional market and food courts at Holland Village. A stone throw away from newly opened Holland MRT adds extra convenience to travel anywhere. The property is well maintained, bedrooms facing the cluster of good class bungalow, pool and Marina Bay Sand area at the distance with bonus of fireworks occasionally.

  Excellent location

  Excellent locale with a cosmopolitan ambience and a stone throw to almost everything. Clubs, spa, shopping mall, supermarket etc are just couple of minutes across the street and excellent restaurant of different origin. Though I'm just a tenant for now but after researching through the area, this is still one of the best buy. However, I must say that the layout of the kitchen area can be better improved and the fridge space is too small for a reasonable size fridge but then with the amenities around, who needs to stock up too much food, you can get fresh food everyday plus the MRT, which should be ready by end this year would be so convenient. I've seen the new condo layout, still thinks Leedon 2 is better than most of them. So overall, this is one of the best apartment to reside in plus it's so close to Orchard. Thumbs up choice!!!!

  Leedon 2

  Excellent location with the convenience of Holland Village hip ecletic culture literally across the road, with upcoming MRT at the doorstep.Higher floor provides a scenic view of either Leedon estate private residences' garden views or Holland Village. North facing apartments are definitely more quiet. The only downside is the awkward and small layout. Apartments were refurbished from original architect's plans for mega duplex units, & renovated to form 2 and 3 bedroom units. Nonetheless, the charms of Holland Village location and the adequately maintained but simple condo amenities - including a nice sized pool & jacuzzi - more than make up for it.
