  Beautiful condo - terrible management

  Stunning pools and gardens and a lovely place to live - only downside is the managing agents who are incompetent and inefficient

  So charming

  There are a lot of small touches that make Leedon Green such a charming space to live, such as the walk-in closets in the master bedroom. They’ve fitted the closets with a dehumidifier to keep the clothes smelling fresh. The utility room has the washer and dryer neatly concealed in a cabinet. It reduces some of the noise from these machines. The developer has also incorporated some common space for residents between the apartment blocks by adding themed pavilions.

  Nicely spaced out

  In many new projects these days, the buildings are built too close together. However at Leedon Green, they are nicely spaced out, with lots of landscaping in between. It’s why I rented a place here, where I can go for morning runs, enjoy all the amenities like a game of tennis or swim a few laps in the swimming pool. The apartment also has premium appliances and fittings, and the floor plan is very thoughtfully laid out.

  Premium lifestyle

  The developer of Leedon Green promotes the project as a resort-like development, and usually this is just marketing talk when you have to sell a premium property. But I’ll tell you, this project certainly feels like a resort. My wife and I were looking for a premium condo to go with our lifestyle where the apartment and amenities felt very stylish and welcoming. Leedon Green fit the bill for us. High quality features include a Liebherr fridge, Ernestomeda kitchen with V-ZUG appliances, Antonio Lupi sanitary wares and Axor Hansgrohe fittings.

  Leedon Green Review

  Leedon Green, of all the new launches of recent years, has one of the biggest site, at about 316,706sf. 638 units spread over 6 blocks is still fair density on such a big piece of land.
