  Most efficient layout. SG's 1st harmonized co

  Within 1km of top school St Nics, sheltered walkway to mrt, trustworthy develioper and nice greenery all round. Think my family will enjoy it!

  Family-friendly facilities available

  It is very convenient as it is only 5 min walk to Lentor MRT station and less than 1km to reknown schools, have shopping malls and supermarkets nearby However, it is expensive to own as there are not much recreational amenities nearby.
