  The building is in desperate need of upgrades and maintenance. Unfortunately, the staff shortage has resulted in neglect, leaving us with subpar security measures and illegal parking issues. Additionally, visitors wandering around pose a concern for our safety. Moreover, pet owners face unfriendliness and ongoing issues regarding their furry companions. The lifts constantly malfunction, leaving passengers stranded for extended periods. Management’s lack of action exacerbates these problems, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced. The gym facilities suffer from poor maintenance, with outdated flooring and malfunctioning equipment. The swimming pool is also poorly kept, and the aging bathrooms experience frequent leaks. In summary, moving into this condo requires careful consideration.

  Classy condo

  It's a classy condo thats near somerset and great world shopping mall. Fantastic location to live in now that great world mrt is completed.

  Tired but great location

  It’s a bit tired these days (old bathrooms/kitchen) but living areas are spacious and convenient for Orchard Road. Ideal for Indian expats - have events and their own community within the condo
