  Units are marionette with a touch of luxury even though the condo is matured now. Lobby is dark without natural light

  Large space in Orchard Area

  As an older development getting a well renovated unit is a must. The grounds and facilities have all be upgraded making this a smart place to stay in the best location in town. Greenery, whilst 5 mins walk from the Ion. Also next to great schools RVP, OFS, ISS
