Unique place to live in
I rented a unit here for 4 years straight. I like this place because it is near all the amenities I needed e.g.NTUC finest is just a short walk away, tonnes of eateries and cafes within 1 to 2 minutes walk from the condo. Although near these cafes, it is relatively quiet as the condo is in the inner side of Ceylon Road and is away from the bustling East Coast road. I also like the fact that I can enjoy a 15 mins walk to East Coast Park and Marine Parade Mall. Another plus point is the MRT station which is 6 mins walk away is opening soon, so will be convenient to get to the City! The Indian temple opposite the condo do chime music daily, but will not be too troubled by it if your unit in the inner side of the condo. -

This project is not as close to the mainroad compared to the redhouse condo. In fact, along Ceylon Road, the above two mentioned are newest projects. Leville is free hold, not the redhouse condo. For those wanting freehold, this is a better choice. The temple opposite can cause a bit of noise in terms of drums etc...however if u stay on the inner half of condo, the noise is minimal. The temple prayers usually 7to 7plus daily am n pm. Not a big issue. There is a nearby ntuc finest at katong v. East coast road has many buses like 10,14,32 which easily links u to city. Pubs nearby n katong laksa gives u a unique feel. The new MRT line is about 7min slow walk. Parkway Parade about 8min walk away if u walk thru Roxy Square. Generally a nice place to be in. -

Nice Place
I have stay there and it is a nice and convenient place to be in. There are a number of shopping centres and cinemas nearby and is a short walk away to the beach. There are many buses going everywhere and it is a very short ride to the City. e.g. 10 mins to Suntec City. Although the temple is opposite, it is not really very noisy as some of the units are inner facing and is away from the temple. The 2 pools there are really nice especially the one on the 6th floor where one can look quite far and is really windy as it is unblock thus is a good idea to just sit there to read a book or to chat. -

Do your homework
I rented a unit next to this development, and can't wait to move out once the lease is up. Most of the tenants did not renew after their first lease and most owners are not own stay. You need to do home work of the area, if you are fine with following; The Hindu temple every 7 am and 7 pm morning plays drum and prayer. Note the layout of the bigger units, there are stairs (duplex) and balcony, after deducting all these wasted space, nothing much left, so you need to have a good feel, note that nowadays property has a log in period of 4 years, current price by developer compared to nearby transacted price at less than 1200 psf only. Traffic jam and congestion A lot of mosquitoes, not sure where they come from Stray cats from the behind alley. -

Temple across-Noisy
Those who are considering this property. Note that the noise and traffic congestion is unbearable. Not worth the price you are paying. -
