  Due to its convenient location, I have been living here for many years. However, after a staff member who had been diligent in maintenance left last year, and management was possibly overhauled, the rent skyrocketed immediately after and the response to tenants also became poor, causing me to lose faith in management. Even when problems arise, the response takes a long time and sometimes they are ignored, which is terrible. It is really unfortunate to be in such a situation. The situation where rent is rising and response to tenants is worsening is very disadvantageous for the residents. For tenants, paying rent is like purchasing a product in exchange for a place to live. Therefore, providing good service is also important for real estate owners.
