  Superb location right next to a mall and many

  Iconic condo with Sky gym in a superb location with cheap and expensive restaurants galore and many shops serving all your needs and transport links (MRT/buses) with a taxi stand and a post box

  Bay windows galore

  This development has some of the most prominent bay windows I’ve seen. Which leaves very little actual floor space. West facing units are also very blocked by other buildings

  Fantastic and convenient location

  This condo is conveniently located. Food, amenities and transport literally at your doorstep. For transport: It is sited with 3min walk to the Novena MRT station. The walk is sheltered almost to the door step. Novena MRT is just 2 stops away from the Orchard MRT, and 6 stops to the CBD area, Raffles place. To hail a cab, there is a taxi stand with good flow of taxi literally at the doorstep, just across the road (taxi stand of United square). A short walk to the bustop, there are many buses that brings one to the downtown Orchard. For Amenities: Again literally at your doorstep. Located directly opposite United Square, a mall with Cold storage supermarket, pharmacies, bookshops, foodcourt, eateries and others. A 5min walk to Novena square,another well-equiped mall with many Korean themed shops and many more. Also many medical and dental specialists nestled in Novena medical centre, 5 min from Lincoln Suites. For food: A good variety of choices ranging from famous local delights, such as Chicken rice to western cuisin, and many more within walks from the condo. Rental prices are competitively priced to condos nearby e.g. Soleil. Good spread of facitilites within the condo, e.g. swimming pool, waddling pool jacuzzi, Gym (with good skyline view). BBQ facitlites and many couches to and rest area to lounge and entertain guest, or simply to unwind at levels 24 and 5. Units facing united square provides more privacy and higher levels in this facing has fantastic view of the city skyline.

  Lincoln Suites; Superb location

  Viewed Lincoln suites which has just been completed. Pros: 1. Superb location: For a condo with good facilities in the vicinity, Lincoln suites beats the rest (except perhaps for Soleil, which is nearer MRT). The condo is just next to United square and it takes about 30 sec walk from the condo lift exit. It is also surrounded by eateries. For walk to MRT (3-4mins), its sheltered all the way except for the last 30m. Taxi stand is just in front of the condo and buses a min walk away. 2. Fanciful facilities: at the 24th level and 5th level, many fanciful facilities esp for the young professional and families. The sky gym looks quite cool. 3. Units come with marble flooring, wireless music, designer bath and even basin tap is electronic and toilet bowl comes with extra functions like in Japan. Also free wifi in the condo. Cons: 1.Big plantars and balcony: This reduces the living space unless one is fond of them. The units facing the west are blocked by another condo 2.There is no tennis court though a multipurpose court is available. 3. For buying, prices are quite high. For renting, prices compatible with condos in vicinity. Overall, its the superb location that makes lincoln suites stand out, eateries and supermart at your doorstep and all within less than a min from the condo lift exit. Most condos in the area will need at least 3-5 min walk from condo lift. That makes a lot of difference when carrying groceries.

  flanked by buildings

  The artist's impression of the project is a tad off... as with all other projects in such promo materials. This project is flanked by quite a few buildings in close proximity as seen from the map. Choosing the right facing will be important for privacy's sake.
