  Good location but too old

  The facilities are showing their age, and it’s challenging for residents to collectively address maintenance issues. Many owners rent out their units, sometimes reconfiguring interiors to maximize room count. On the plus side, there’s easily accessible free parking, though it often attracts non-residents, and the community has limited recourse to manage this.

  Charming quiet development in a fantastic loc

  Malls are located no more than 7 mins walk. NTUC near by. wide range of option for food (ie S$3 cai fan to S$300 per pax omakase). Quite development away from busy roads. Huge rooms without wasted AC ledges.

  Hidden Gem

  A small dvlpmt with good potential. Located along a quiet rd. Yet well located with amenities such as NTUC Fairprice, the Orchard shopping belt and Robertson Quay all within walking distance.
