Unique place in Singapore

Unique place in Singapore. I think it's getting rare. Walk to beach, fresh air. No facilities, but no fuss since most landed do not have and low maintenance. To some or to me at least, it's better. Waiting for MRT extension! Then it will be Perfect, almost, that is :).
