  A relatively new and modern condo freehold condo with 50 units and completed around 2013. It has swimming pool, bbq pits, gym, 24 hour security, jacuzzi, clubhouse, function room and playground.

  Overpriced

  The Good Side - Floor Marbling for Living Rooms - Fairly sized 3-bedrooms units The Downside - Unreasonably overpriced in the open market - Only 1 parking lot allocated to each of the 50units. Expect to face serious issues of parking space crunch in the future. Where are the visitors going to park?
