Superb location
A very private condominium due to the very low number of unit makes it perfect for a quiet living near the busy Orchard Road district. Well build it is the ideal place to enjoy it with a small family. Very well connected, MRT is a few minutes away. -

Excellent area
Located right behind the Istana, this property is a stone throw away from Orchard Road and few meters away from the purple and walking distance to the circle line. The downtown line 2 will also have an interchange there in 2015. Quite and serene, this little niche apartment faces the Istana greens and is just right behind Bukit Timah Road which leads you to a short drive away from the chic restaurants and cafes along the Bukit Timah area and high end supermarkets. It is also a short drive away from prestigious schools like Hua Chong Institution, Raffles Girl Primary School , National Junior College, and Methodist Girls School. -

Central Location
MRT right at your doorstep - Purple and Yellow lines a stone's throw away. Cozy and quiet. Great shopping around the area, all within walking distance. Oasis in the heart of town. -
