Heart of Katong
Project boasts very spacious room sizes and extremely functional layout, no wasted space of bay windows and balconies. Coming home to a resort living here. Project is modern and well maintained. Friendly guard and neighbours. Super convenient with amenities surrounding. MRT short walk away. Peaceful place to reside in. -

Hidden Gem in the Heart of Katong
Malvern Springs is a hidden gem behind the hustle and bustle of cafes, eateries and cool chill out places at Katong and just 2 mins walk across from I12 Katong. Having lived at Malvern Springs for many years now, there is none like this development. It's away from the main East Coast Road yet easily accessible to almost anywhere. Amenities abound...supermarkets, cafes, restaurants...it's even minutes away from Parkway Parade and the East Coast Beach. For those working in town, bus stops are near Roxy Square and the semi-express buses bring you right to the financial district or Orchard Rd areas! Malvern Springs has a balanced community of locals and expats. Many good local schools from primary to tertiary (SMU) within 7km radius from Malvern Springs. Great place to call home: ) -

Location Location Location
MS is a quiet, low rise condo with two lovely pools situated at the heart of Singapore's foodie heaven. So much character with shophouses, quaint bars & Peranakan food. Great mix of Asians and Expats. -

Hidden gem
Fantastic condo - convenient: all major groceries within walking distance, public transport a stone throw away, cinemas, bars and restaurants at your doorstep, east coast park 5-10 min walk, leisure activities within walking distance (yoga, bootcamp, martial arts, bjj)... Friendly community, great pool... Peace in the heart of katong -

Great location & lifestyle
We have lived in Malvern Springs (family with two kids) for about 3 years. The location is excellent, as in the center of a very vibrant neighborhood and around the corner of countless restaurants, bars, super markets etc etc. Furthermore, public transport is good, and will become even better with the new MRT line that is planned (but will still take some time). And it is only about 5-10 minutes from East Coast Park (importantly, the nearest entrance is at Parkland Green, which is very nice)We found the community great, and overall, the lifestyle as very appealing. And it is peaceful....despite the proximity to all the hustle and bustle, there is no disturbing noise. -

An oasis in Katong
We have been living at Malvern Springs for many years now and suprised by some of the negative reviews below. It is a very quiet condo and can only hear trickling water from the pool at night! We have found it to be a lovely little condo development and the recent addition of 112 Katong mall has meant we are not likely to leave anytime soon! Who has a cinema, Din Tai Fung, Nandos and the best selection of local food on their doorstep?! btw the new management have recently undertaken extensive repairs which was bugging me and now we are all happy again. -

Poor location & design
Location is near to Katong and eateries along East Coast. Other than this convenience, this building pose multitude of problems interm of privacy, ventilation and people noise pollution. See for yourself and visit more than once before u make a decision to buy or rent! For penthouse lover, look elsewhere, this condo scores VERY LOW MARK for privacy -

Fantastic Location
I've recently rented a place here and after 8 years of living in 5 different condos around Singapore I can safely say this place is fantastic. Its low rise so means that the pool is not full of kids and it's super quiet at night. No construction projects can happen as all buildings around are conservation properties. Something I am soooo over in Singapore. The apartment is well laid out and spacious. THE best thing is the location though. Its right in the heart of Katong so millions of places to eat. In a few months there will be a brand new mall with a cinema in it just 2 minutes walk away! I can also get buses from across the street to Clarke Quay, the CBD and Orchard Road - all approx 25 mins away. -

maintenance poor
Malvern Springs is TOP 2004, but looks quite run down. Having a closer look into the gym and pool area you will notice poor maintenance, still ok to enjoy a swim. Definitely pros are the the restaurants and shops nearby, Express-bus to CBD, close to ECP. Property Management is slow or non-responding. -

cosy but tight
small cosy development with very nice layout of facilities. certain ground units are exceptionally well positioned with lotsa space for cloths drying and even a outdoor mini cafe of your own. However, the development is so tightly packed that privacy maybe an issue for some people. full glass facet...almost all are fully curtained up when i visit....sort of understand the privacy issue. Thus one may never enjoy the sunlight shining in through the full glass. small road access maybe a problem for some. -
