Old but well situated condo
Manhattan Mansions is a 30 years old condo and it looks it age. We experience damp in the bedrooms and cockroaches in the plumbing. The kitchen also is very small with little usable space. There is also a big construction work taking place opposite until 2026 or so. It has blocked the road and been very noisy for the last two years. You have great location and transportation, wit the bus station just outside, but unless the price is right, you will likely have better options in the area -
