Boutique project. Previous review is fake
I do not know what agenda the previous guy AC has with his slanderous and malicious review. I heard that there was a previous tenant who frequently defaulted on his monthly rental and his tenancy ended. Perhaps that's the reason for such a underhanded response. There are secrutiy cameras installed all around the ground floor and there are no hordes of Indian workers. The location is superb and just minutes away from Orchard, Raffles, Great World City, Shenton Way, etc As for mosquitoes, I have not seen any high concentrations of mosquitoes at all. There are many great restaurants in the M.Sultan & Robertson Quay area. However, I heard that an en-bloc may be underway to make way for another high end project. -
