Cheap and Cheerful?
Pros: low PSF compare to new projects on the same street, kitchen is big and bright, low maintenance fee, short walk to main roads. Cons: Maybelle is not an ideal en block candidate as it sits on a small block of land, and has 6 units (need 100% approval). it has some design issues, Master room is wrongly placed right next to the living area, both common rooms are in odd shape. Second entrance is all the way at the back and the walk path is narrow. -
