RUN AWAY!
This is the worst place ever! Total scam, don’t believe any word that they say. Rooms are terrible, pantry is a joke with only one small microwave and small fridge which if you put something it will go to trash without any warning. Getting deposit refund is impossible especially if you are an international student with overseas bank account. Refund period is strangely 6 to 8 weeks so probably you will leave Singapore by the time. And you can be sure they will create some issues on that to not pay. I left the place 4 weeks ago which I got assurance from the management team that there will be no problem as I was not comfortable leaving Singapore without my deposit refund and I was right as still struggling to get my money back! Every time I reach they are giving new excuses -
