  Investment Property

  Good investment property. Beautiful (day and night), quiet, with 3 pools (including spa pool), gym, exercise area, putting green, children's playground, underground carpark. Much expat interest, with easy walking access to eateries, supermarkets, shopping centres, pubs, restaurants, markets, and expressways. International, tertiary, good local and commercial schools nearby. Pet shop, coffee club, Courts furniture and appliance store, and numerous playschools, tution centres e.t.c also walking distance. A good combination of Holland V, Sixth Avenue and Serangoon Gardens. Next to a 6th storey building. Possible en bloc potential (can build another 2 stories as it is currently only 4 stories high). To top it off, MRT (100 metres away) will open in a couple of years. Good buy as a rental property now. Likely exponential appreciation when MRT opens, or en bloc fever returns.
