Convenience at a new level
Living at Meraprime Condominium has been fantastic! The location couldn't be better—it's right next to the MRT, making it super easy to get around. Being only two stations away from the CBD is a huge plus, especially for my daily commute. The best part is the shopping mall right next door, filled with so many amenities like restaurants, shops, and even entertainment options. It’s incredibly convenient to have everything I need so close by. The charming Tiong Bahru with its market, plenty of restaurants and cafe's is only a stroll away. The condo itself is stylish and well-maintained, adding to the overall great living experience. I’m really happy I chose Meraprime as my home! -

Freehold Vs Leasehold
A good buy if it is in the range of 1.3 to 1.5 million (some units were transacted at this level) for a 3 bedroom purchase given that it is a leasehold status. Condo looks basic which is good if you do not want to pay too much maintenance fees. Lot of parking spaces, guess most units are not self-stay. Perhaps a good time to buy would be when the neighbouring land parcels are being redeveloped, this would likely result in a drop in their asking price like in the case of Ascentia Sky which is now facing the dust and noise from Artra. Adopt an observer's position for now. -

Excellent choice for owner-stay or rental
Insights from an owner who stayed at Meraprime for more than 10 years:- 1) Some 60% of the property are owner-occupied. Many owner households are 2-3 generations together and with young children. 2) High percentage of tenants are young Japanese families with kids and some Indonesian Chinese. 3) Consistently high rental yields. 4) Most recent bank valuation for high floor has jumped from $1.65m to $1.7m, and still going higher. 5) Guest rooms can fit a queen-size bed where most newer condos nearby can't. 6) Efficiently designed layout for the $ psf you paid for. E.g. unlike newer condos with large or multiple balconies. 7) Excellent convenience for young and old. (Sheltered walkway to the MRT/mall/bus stop). 24-hr supermarket. 8) Regardless of good view or lack of it, and in spite of newer condos nearby, Meraprime continues to be highly valued and preferred due to its location, amenities and convenience that is unmatched by other newer properties nearby. Its even the preferred choice by HDB up-graders living nearby who know this neighbourhood well. -

Meraprime
Fabulous locality with Tiong Bahru Plaza and MRT at its door step. Finishings is average. The square balcony is a definitely plus point. -

superb location and compact facilities..
my family moved into our own home at Meraprime a year and a half ago and we are very glad with our choice...The back gate leads to Tiong Bahru plaza..Mrt and bus services.. taxi stand..eateries..shops..Ntuc..fabulous location..the facilties at the condo grounds too are good though being a compact project...the rooms may appear small but condos newer to Meraprime have smaller rooms.. just perfect for us...perfect choice.. -

Prime Choice!!
Meraprime provides an excellent sub-urban living experience. Its excellent location gets you to the city area within minutes. A whole array of amenities are 'at your doorstep' - Tiong Bahru Plaza, markets, convenience stores, restaurants, educational instituitions etc. The location is also well served public transportation such as MRT, bus services and taxi (taxi stand at Tiong Bahru Plaza just at the side entrance of Meraprime). The units on the higher levels provides an excellent view of the city either in the day or night. The BBQ pits on the rooftop provides the excellent option for a private 'party under the moonlight'. The tasteful design of the building appeals and provides you with the necessary privacy for you and your loved ones. Meraprime is the choice location for a quality lifestyle, with a blend of city and suburb life. -

Meeraprime location is excellet, within waliking distance to Tiong Bahru MRT. Near to Sentosa - just 10mins drive. -
