Yes: - Located in a prestigious and serene neighborhood along the East Coast. - A few popular elite schools within proximity like Tanjong Katong Primary School, Haig Girls’ School, and Kong Hwa School. Meh: - But East Coast is full of condos everywhere you go and Meyer Blue will become one of the latest additions to this condo-filled area. - Mid-sized development of 200-odd unit means there are limited facilities for residents. -

One of many condos along East Coast
Pros: Potential for a good view of East Coast and the Singapore Strait, but might be limited to only high floor units. Walking distance to Katong Park MRT. The new TEL can bring you to GBTB, Outram, and Orchard. Even travelling to Woodlands will be a breeze. Cons: Good sea view, freehold tenure, walking distance to the MRT. All these are going to add up in the selling price for Meyer Blue. -
