  Living here is only good because of the mrt, food centres and supermarkets, they are nearby. The apartment is not worth the paying the rental. I lived on the 4th floor. Problems started early morning the noise from the market then the noise, followed by horrible market smell then the afternoon sun came in almost half the living room. Pipe Leakages, pipe burst, unhelpful management, lift always breakdown and also used by non tenants.

  Nice Location but stench from market is horri

  The stench from the market (Fish in particular because it is located right next to the condo) is pungent. The location is excellent.

  Poorly developed and managed

  Living at Millage for a year and a half and the lift has broken down 4 times so far and there is only 1 lift for residents. The bathroom constantly floods due to flat surface in the shower area. Moldy ceiling from leakage of pipes above. If you can live with the above, the location is good and well-connected to the train lines.

  very lousy development

  I am tenant at the 10th floor for 6 months, repeated issues, water leaks, Jacuzzi not working, waterproofing issues and repeated inconvenience and workers at home every now and then to fix the issues without any compensation from the landlord... and no options... I strongly recommend to tenants to avoid this condo.
