Condo in excellent central Singapore location
Location/Convenience is the most important thing when purchasing property and Minbu Court has this in droves. Novena MRT and all its associated amenities at Novena Square & United Square are just a short 10 mins walk away. Within immediate walking distance from the property is the hawker centre, Zhongshan Park Mall, bus stops, supermarkets (both NTUC Finest and normal NTUC) as well as other good eateries serving famous Bak Kut Teh, Chicken rice etc. Medical care at Tan Tock Seng Hospital is also just the right distance away. Not too far and yet not too close for comfort. In short, this property is at a great location that is nearby to everything that you could possibly need and, best of all, it is a freehold property. As this condo is situated at the top of a hill, properties here would be nice & windy too. Units here do not have any wasted space and are efficiently laid out. Families with eldery also need not worry as there is no need to climb stairs when heading down to Balestier road. Slightly farther away at 15-20 mins walk is Toa Payoh Central if the amenities already available near Minbu Court don't suit you on any one particular day of the week. -
