  Quiet, cozy, clean, nice.

  Best value for money condo I lived in. Very clean, very quiet, very close to river walking tracks and just really nice.

  Suitable for expats

  It's a short distance away from town and seems suitable for expats who are after convenience and prestige. However, one thing to note is that if you're moving in big furniture, you may need to make multiple trips because the lift isnt very big to accomodate.
