  Premium living within a lowly populated Pasir

  Murano is situated in a very low-density Pasir Panjang. In a land hungry Singapore, such choice is hard to come by. Residents get to live away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Beautiful serenity and low traffic volume. Definitely suitable for parents with kids enrolling into or already in nearby tertiary institutions. Very convenient for students.

  Not suitable for people who dont drive

  Theres no supermarket nearby. But if you drive or willing to travel a little to vivo, there's a huge ntuc for you to grab your weekly groceries. Sounds inconvenient for housewives who need to take care of their young kids but unable to go out whenever they need.

  Serene condo

  It's nice and serene to live here. Especially west coast park is opposite the condo, which adds to the tranquility factor that homebuyers may be looking for

  Pretty modern freehold condo with 50 unit with pool, bbq, gym, playground and security. Unique architectural designs and has units from studio, 2,3 bed room and penthouses
