  Very close to MRT and town

  Myra is just two minutes walk to Potong Pasir MRT. From there, it is just 2 stops to Serangoon and 4 stops to Dhoby Ghaut. Great location.

  There is a 24 hour NTUC supermarket located at Poiz Centre just a short walk away - a necessary amenity for me and my family when looking for a house

  Reduce your commute to work

  I work in the CBD and the commute will just take me 20 minutes or lesser, giving me more time to sleep in in the morning and spending time with my family after work
