Ideal place for expat
The location of the condo is great. There is a Valley Point Shopping Centre just across the road and Great World City is within walking distance. The 2 bus stops at the main road provides many bus services too. The are also many restaurants and eateries along the main road. An idea place for foreigners. -

Great neighbourhood
Excellent location. Although it is close to the main road, the condo is blocked by Loft@ Nathan. Hence you wouldn't get disturbed by the sound of traffic from the main road. It is also located in a great neighborhood with lots of good class bungalows further in. There are 2 embassies & a MP staying within the same area so you can rest assure that it is quite a good & safe neighborhood. The bus stop is a short walk away (less than 5 mins) & it also takes less than 5 mins to get to Orchard by bus. Walking to Great World City would take about 10 mins. Pity there isn't a function room & children's playground though. -

Sereneity and Excellent location
An outstanding location located at city center with no more than 10 mins drive to both IRs and 5 mins to orchard rd w Orchard and tiong Barhu MRT within a 1km radius.In vicinity of prized Bishopgate area and is cheaper than neighbouring Nathan suites and Loft@ nathan.Also located near rejuvinated alexandra canal and Great world city not to meantioned River valley MRT line.A Great place for city living and exclusivity. -

great location but rental
shoebox size apartments are designed for rental thus, this place is meant for milking within a period of time. at current rental yield projected towards 2015-17 @5% increase. one cannot even recover the DP by 2020. Unless it goes at 1300-1400psf max. else any financial instrument will outperform this property. -

Nestled in an exclusive Embassy zone in the District 10 area of River Valley Road, Nathan Residences presents occupants with an wide array of amenities and conveniences. Daily commute to town is facilitated by the bus plying the roads just outside the condominium. Fraser Point & Great World City provides you with 2 choices for your living, dining and groceries needs. Nearby at Zion Food Centre, you can savour cheap local fares all day long after which you may also take a stroll along the river which will soon become part of the Park connector network. The area is currently undergoing a facelift as old buildings are being torn down to make way for newer and more exciting city dwelling. As this development only has 1 and 2 bedrooms units, it would prove attractive if one is to rent to professionals. Orchard Road is 25mins away by foot or 3 bus stops away if one needs to fufil your shopping needs. -
