  Some ground floor units come with sizable pat

  Some ground floor units come with sizable patios looking straight into the swimming pool. Kitchen can be a bit small. Most upper floor units come with good size balconies.

  A good place to stay with 5min walk to MRT station, bus-stop at doorstep, and near all amenities. Quiet. New. Friendly neighbourhood. Facing Green. Basement car park provide ample lots for parking.
