  Good location

  It’s all about location, location, location. Transportation is good and lots of nearby places to eat and buy stuff. Malls are nearby as well. Condo facility wise not good though.

  Ideal place for city living

  Just move in this place and it is close to city and lots of expat living in this development. Near to Park and good school like Kwong Hwa this is a good place for investment.

  Quiet and convenient

  Although it is located in geylang however it is very peaceful and quiet. There is the very famous food stall downstairs followed by NTUC nearby and walking distance to MRT both Aljiunied and Dakota. The houses in these lorong are residental purposes including the few landed homes which are families occupied.
