  Pity that I cant afford living here

  This condo is so bomb! The lift takes you right to your unit, beautiful and well maintained facilities, and even a parking dedicated to the expensive cars.

  Ideal location next to new mrt

  New Futura is located on one of the higher site in river valley/grange road. It offers fantastic views towards the city. Best thing is, its new and dont have to wait for 3 years or more to move in as its ready for immediate occupation.
