  Ultra Convenient CCR Living

  Newton One was constructed by Lippo group as their first ultra-premium Singapore development. The property is a rare high-rise Freehold just across from the MRT. It's also one stop from Novena and Orchard. The building and finishings are all premium and it is well maintained. Units are spacious and well designed despite a non-square layout. Proximity to ACS and SCGS mean that there will always be demand. I love living here. It's a rare gem if you are looking for a long-term investment.

  iconic building in Newton

  Lovely, elegant, beautiful, clean, modern building. Well-furnished, good and interesting layout, thoughtful spacing of the rooms away from kitchen space, high floors enjoy good views, though lower floors are not that good. However, the trees in front help to make the lower floors less visible from outside. within 1km from ACS pri and junior school so parents will love this.
