Poor Management and poor security
Went to view a unit and my agent was late so we went into the condo premise when someone came outside from the gate. There is no security on the entrance as we can just walk in when the gate opens so anyone can just sneak in to use the swimming pool if they want to. Went to check up the notice board and read a notice stating some residents making loud noises at night and were told to keep quiet. Upon reaching the viewing unit, we were shocked to see the hangers with wet clothings at the corridor beside the lift and bed and bed frame parked at the emergency exit door cum staircase. Not sure how often the management check the premises but there is definitely danger and security problem within this condo. So future buyers and tenants do take note. Walking to Mountbatten mrt is not too near either as exit door at 223@Mountbatten is only accessible by card and not press button so one needs to walk a round about way to mrt.

Convenient/Quiet
The proximity to alot of food/amenities at Kallang/Katong/Old Airport road is a big plus for this condo. Just 5 minutes drive via Nicoll Highway and you're at CBD/Suntec as well. Also it's within walking distance to an mrt station with a bus-stop just up the road. Very well-maintained grounds for a place that's 10yrs old. Was surprised really. Interiors have good layout - squarish with no odd corners and no balcony.
