  Best Condo in the North

  Very convenient place to stay especially for those with elderly and children. Many amenities nearby and bus stop/mrt are within short walking distance with shelter. Various nice layout to select from. There are many facilities within the condo premise. Underpriced at moment considering the steep price of newly launched EC in the north recently.

  Great Location, Facilities not so much

  Good location. Near KTPH and just next to Yishun MRT. Pools are cool. Problem is the hallway gets puddles of water even with light rain and the paint on the walls already are cracking and detached. Also have regular problem with delivery guy as the lift doesn’t open for them and sometimes need to come down and pick up the delivery at the carpark. Still like location and cleaned everyday.

  Overhyped Condo

  Bad management, Visitor need pay for carpark. Nice amenities but facility upkeep poor

  Perfect rental experience

  North Park Residences has been a very convenient stay for me since I began renting an apartment here. Yishun MRT station, the bus interchange and North Point City are a short walk away. Access to a library and some community spaces is very important to me. From a lifestyle standpoint, North Park Residences is superbly located. I like to unwind over the weekend after a hard week of work. All the facilities and nearby amenities help me do just that.

  Thoughtful planning

  I absolutely love the floor plan of our apartment at North Park Residences. Our three-bedroom unit is a flexible space and can be converted into a two-bedder for owner-occupation, while the remaining space could be rented out. Since we don’t need the extra space right now, I’m glad to earn some extra money to pay off the home loan. Such masterful planning is highly appreciated. This residence is also strategically situated close to bus stops and MRT stations, which is great news for prospective tenants.

  Got the perfect rental deal

  I moved into a rental unit at North Park Residences last year when I got a new job near Sembawang. Since it is such a big project, I could choose from many apartments before deciding on a two-bedder. It’s conveniently located next to Yishun MRT station and there are numerous schools in the area. I’m renting one of the larger apartments here since we were planning to have a baby and I believe we’ll need the extra space.
