1st priv condo in Woodlands since 2011
Norwood Grand is the first private condo in Woodlands since 2011. The location close to Woodlands South MRT is also quite a catch. also good potential rental yield esp since Woodlnds gonna be developed further. downside is maybe its just a 99 yr lease. but looks pretty good... offset your expenses with cheap groceries from jb maybe? -

Future Woodlands hot spot!
Look forward to this dev! Norwood Grand's location is super convenient especially with the new Woodlands South MRT just a 3-minute walk away. And its just 30mins to Orchard or Marina Bay by train too. Saw the infinity pool and gym at the preview and immed fell in love with them—perfect for unwinding after work! The amenities and connectivity are really quite decent. Highly recommend if you’re looking in Woodlands! must buy!!! -

Can consider Norwood
I been looking for a nice place in Woodlands to move to because everywhere else so ex. when they announced this new condo, I got excited. Norwood Grand location is really quite good - super close to Woodlands South MRT on TEL and all the major expressways. Plus, there’s Causeway Point and Vista Point nearby for shopping and dining, and of course, can easily drive in to JB! Can consider when it is completed in 2028! -
