  The row of standing concrete boxes featuring wall garden is refreshing. The provision shop in the condo is helpful but not adequate enough.

  Nice & Cosy Place

  Just rent a place at NV, it is nice to stay for expats and walking distance to MRT. Although a lot of units, but not many resident are using the facilities.

  Good Facilities n Awesome landscaping

  Already Stay in NV for a few months. Nice lift lobby with air-conditioning. Everything is very new and clean. There are plenty of carpark lots.....No need to worry about parking lots shortage.

  A gem in Pasir Ris

  NV is located within a private residential enclave which is within close proximity 400m to Pasir Ris MRT & Bus Interchange and White Sands Shopping Mall. Easy access to Pasir Ris MRT Station, TPE & PIE expressway, commuting to the city or airport will be a breeze.
