  Nearest to the Beach

  Perfect for taking a stroll along the beach. Very quite and peaceful area with good privacy. Easily accessible with public transport 10 steps away, electric scooter to many amenities nearby and there's a huge public carpark beside if your were to have a lot of visitors. Great for those who prefer a low maintenance fees!

  Good and Bad

  - I had a look at one of the unit for renting. - Unit had no Gym - too expensive considering the fact that there are no amenities. - You wont feel like using the pool facility as its too small with no privacy and awkward placement and surrounding. - unit i saw was around 600 Sq feet. No space even to move around and they still asked for $1800 all the best with that..
