  Regret

  The roads around the condo are always jammed up during morning and evening rush hours. The afternoon sun really heat up the apartment. There are a lot of KTVs at the end of the rd along Joo Chiat rd.

  Nice environment but high psf

  Property launched at the peak of property boom and psf wise is the most expensive on the road and most crammed. Typical of most enbloc properties in joo chiat area after 2005. Nice area to stay. can look around some older properties like mint and aspen loft
