  Concenience in all direction, by all connecti

  I have secured this location as it’s convenient for me to travel to work. One month into my rental, I have benefited the close proximity to 2 MRT lines, my work place, Killiney Kopitiam and Orchard Rd

  I have lived here for the past 3 years and I absolutely loved this place. It’s convenient as all the amenities just a short distance away. During evening, I can pop by KPO for drinks with my mates. During weekends, I would stroll down fort canning park with my 2 Labradors, taking in the fresh air and chat up with other dog owners. You would be surprise there are quite a few times I saw some plays and events held out at the park. Definitely would recommend to someone who wants a hassle free and convenient living quarters. Am leaving the country for home but memories will stay.

  Previously, I was living in Sophia Hills and my friend recommended me this hidden gem. She has to moved out as her husband will be relocating and found this condo much better place than mine. This place is located in between Somerset and Doby Gaut MRT. Traveling in and out of town has made my life easier. During weekends, my family catch a movie at The Cathay Cineplex. And most of the time, we also spend time at the library in Somerset313. As a result, my husband and kids can spend more quality time together. 3 years after moving in, I can't be happier with the change.

  Excellent location and undervalued property

  I am someone who values convenience and the location of this development is simply amazing. From the condo, it takes a 5mins walk to Somerset MRT and a 6mins walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange (which services the North South Line, the North East Line and the Circle Line). This makes getting to work every morning a breeze, and also allows friends and family to visit me easily. For daily grocery and eateries, killiney road is a short 5mins walk away and I can find plenty of affordable cafes / restaurants, a NTUC supermarket and even a petrol station nearby. For shopping and movies, the huge Plaza Singapura is just across the road and Orchard Road is right at my doorstep. During weekends, I go jogging at fort canning hill, which is within walking distance. It is rare to find a park to exercise in the city centre. I also like that this development is quiet given there are not many number of units here. Overall, I personally feel that this is city living at its best and ideal for expats / working professionals.

  General

  I have just moved into this project and I am quite glad I did. Its very convenient to travel to nearby for meals. After work, I could have a few drinks with my colleague and head home, which is not far away. When I travel to work, the public transport is very accessible and I reach office in CBD pretty fast. During weekends, I could spend quality time with my kids at the rooftop pool. All in all, I have not regretted my choice.
