High asking price
Condo location is centrally located with nearest amenities at Tanglin Mall some 800m away. Units facing Grange Road or South-West facing can be noisy and hot. Owners of 3-bedroom 1200+ sq ft asking for $3.2-3.3mil which is way above last transacted prices. Bank’s valuation as on 6 Aug 2024 is only $2.75mil. We are talking about $500,000 apart even if Buyer is looking at buying at bank’s valuation. There is no tennis court.

great layout, value for money condo!
We chose this condo because it has great layout, excellent maintenance, good value for the location. there is going to be new development near by and it can lift this condo price in the future. You can also find peace and quiet here and we have a good mix of expats and locals and everyone seems to be happy living here.

prime location but you pay less
This is a boutique condo with good facilities. just a walking distance from Tanglin mall and orchard road for all your groceries and shopping needs. It is very quiet condo with excellent layout. Good size pool and well equipped small gym. all units have both wet and dry kitchens. No afternoon sun. Future Orchard boulevard MRT should help price increase in the future.
