  good lift planning

  although Onze @ Tanjong Pagar is a condo with shops on the ground floor open to anyone, and a parking lot accessible via a common lift. there is also a resident-only lift to ensure the privacy of those who stay here. nice to go down have a cuppa at the coffeeshop, so convenient. nice and quiet units and lively bustle below.

  abit small units but layout makes up for it

  1BR + Study (506 sqft), 1BR + 1 + Balcony (570 sqft) – abit small for my liking, but the layout helps as there's no weird spaces. also nice to have the colony of commercial units on ground level so can pop down for some food/coffee and back up again via the private residents' only lift. freehold too. 2min walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT.

  good mixed dev in CBD

  Onze @ Tanjong Pagar is steps away from Tanjong Pagar MRT, near Keppel South Central. many restos here in the mixed dev, including Foliage Restaurant that I like! often visit here as I work nearby and some colleagues have a unit here.
