  City fringe but besides some eateries, it is quite a quiet residential corner. 7 minutes walk to Potong Pasir MRT staion and Poiz Residence shopping mall and thereabout to the Potong Pasir town centre

  Excellent location for city fringe lover

  Apartment is centrally located at city fringe , just minutes walk to Potong Pasir MRT, well connected by CTE & PIE which takes u to the central, east and west in 15-20 minutes. It also has a panoramic unblocked city view even at low floors, as it is in front of a beautiful red bricked conserved building. Can see fireworks display from the comfort of home without having to squeeze with crowds.

  opal suites

  1. central location to access the city. 2.cramped walk way in the evenings but good food not so for. 3.singles, students would be perfect.

  Terrible Location

  1. Overlooking a busy coffeeshop and watching people eating fish head. Imagine the glares every time you walk by. 2. Narrow lane, barely accessible by cars. Lane sometimes occupied by tables and chairs from the coffeeshop. 3. Near busy highway and very noisy, dusty. 4. Surrounded by hardware shops, and old torn-down shop-houses. 5. Temple nearby and quite scary when you see some religious gathering/ ceremony near the area.
