  Oasis in the heart of the Orchard Road area

  An amazing property. - few minutes walk to Orchard - yet, quiet & peaceful on the exclusive Orange Grove Rd (2 mins to Shangrila!) - quality construction, high roofs, large flats, great finishes, quality fittings (Miele/etc) - good, up-market neighbours - walking distance to Stevens/Orchard MRTs as well as many bus stop options - walking distance to Tanglin & American clubs - very well maintained grounds, pool & gym - small project (60 units), so exclusive and not crowded/noisy

  In between Orchard and Stevens

  build in good quality, lacks follow up investment; quite noisy because of traffic and busses from hotels opposite idling on OG-road. Management reticent. 200 characters not enough to give review
