  Over 50-year-old condo

  This condo is more than 50 years and it's evident from the exterior facade. The paint needs a refresh, walls show cracks, amenities also outdated and needs frequent repairs.

  Orchard Court

  One of the oldest apartment around orchard road at 45 years old. Well located though.
